The hotel offered proper communication channels to arrange check, in and check, out. the apartment was spacious and clean upon arrival. the apartment was located near public transportation options which made it easy to explore the city. we enjoyed the privacy offered by the apartment as it was a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Our biggest disappointment was the misleading information disclosed in the listing which made it seem like it was a hotel with 24, hour front desk service. Instead, it was a privately, owned apartment with no breakfast provided.
